We had an enjoyable experience working with Gabriel and Sabrina. From the very first meeting till post-renovation, Gabriel and Sabrina have always displayed professionalism and service quality. We were always made aware upfront of the full costs, which was very important to budget-conscious couples like us. Also, Gabriel and Sabrina made time to accompany us to choose our sanitary fittings and kitchen cabinet. We were very satisfied with the end product until today as the interior design is practical for daily living and quality-wise nothing has failed. In addition, on top of advising us when should the furniture and electronics be scheduled to arrive to coincide with the renovation, we were very thankful towards Gabriel and Sabrina as they helped us oversee the delivery and installation of furniture and electronics as I was still expecting and the husband was unavailable to receive the multiple deliveries. Thank you!

We have engaged Thaddeus Interior for our first home renovation and it turns out better than we expected. Gabriel is very meticulous with his work and advised us what are the necessary works and help us save some pennies! Sabrina is very helpful along the way and gave us many updates with photos when we were busy at work and had no time to go over. They are very prompt with message replies too. We are thankful to have engage Gabriel and Sabrina to design our first home for us! They are both very passionate about their work and open to our ideas as well. Gabriel provides a lot of informative and practical suggestions to first time owners like us who knew nothing in the beginning. 
When we are busy with our wedding preparations during the renovation period, Sabrina even went the extra mile to liase external vendors for us which we are very grateful for.

I think the whole renovation process is quite smooth without any major hiccups and they manage to handover within a tight timeline.

Indeed, they did a very good job and we are awed by the service they had rendered so far.

Going into the renovation in a very busy year for us, we were worried given our inexperience in this whole process, whether we would be able to make the right decisions in the creation of our dream home. 
However, Gabriel and Sabrina were extremely professional and yet very personable in our discussions and engagement from the design process, all the way till the completion of construction. We had requested for a number of storage options (due to the small size of the house) with our dining area being the centerpiece. We couldn't wish for anything more, looking at the end product now. The work quality is exceptional and Sabrina/Gabriel were also very responsive when we needed to contact them for their views on a purchase (at odd hours!!). Construction was also completed within the timeline.
Overall, the process was fun (bouncing off ideas, seeing our home take shape etc.) and fuss-free for us, probably the perfect scenario one could wish for, when engaging an ID.

One of the best decision ever is to have Thaddeus Interior Associates to design our dream home! Gabriel is very creative and gave excellent ideas such that the design is not only beautiful, but practical as well. More importantly, he paid great attention to small details which I cannot find in other Interior designers. Likewise, Sabrina is very meticulous and ensure that all our concerns are taken care of. Renovation journey with them was very smooth and they were really quick to resolve any hiccups along the way. Thaddeus Interior did an excellent job in designing my apartment, they are well versed in his technical knowledge and has a great sense of aesthetics. Gabriel offered great design ideas, and also took into consideration my preferences and requirements.

I would also like to thank Gabriel’s team of carpenters and electricians. The quality and workmanship of the carpentry and electrical works are reflective of skilled craftsmen who are passionate in what they do. Overall, the project was well-coordinated and was generally smooth. Gabriel and Sabrina were quick to attend to some minor fixes which were readily resolved.

Excellent service, responsible and helpful as we were busy and could not follow up closely. We only popped by once in a week and the rest were settled by Gabriel and Sabrina. Met our deadline as well (3 weeks!) and price was reasonable."

They really did hear us on every aspects of our dream home and they just sat there busy jotting down all our pointers. And that was it, they will look through and see us on the next appointment. 2nd appointment, they did make sure that what we described was of the same frequency as them. "TIA had been very patient with us, going through many rounds of discussion and suggestions, in a bid to create a dream home for us. It was a challenging project as we had wanted an East Meets Contemporary theme. Gabriel and Sabrina (the owners of TIA) gamely took out the challenge and helped to brainstorm on ideas.

Throughout the renovation period, we could safely leave in their hands to manage while we"oversee" the project remotely. That's how much we trust them, to even let them receive the furniture store on our behalf.
